![]() I made some adjustments to the ROM and flashed it using the Tactrix and must have made a mistake somewhere as the fuel pump doesn't fire up when the key is turned on. No flashy lights, no noises when it's plugged into the laptop. I flashed a ROM to the car with the knock-off and it ran good, not great but we'll get there I thought. I ordered a genuine tactrix and another Chinesium for the same reason as others where they keep one in the car for logging. The first one (Chinesium) let me read the ROM and send it off to speeps for a xml revision. As a side note, I've used both the Tactrix genuine article and the Chinesium clone and have had bad luck with the whole operation of them. I followed the Quick Start guide changing no more than one or two items at a time to see how they felt. After driving my 2.5L for a few hundred miles, I figured working on the tune was in order.
